Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase at Intlyut. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and convenient return and exchange service. Below are our detailed policies:

1. Return Policy

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Orders returned more than 30 days ago will not be accepted for returns unless there is a quality issue.

Return Requirements

The item must be new, unused, and unwashed, with all packaging, accessories, instructions, and gifts intact.

For personal hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used beauty and skincare tools (such as cleansing brushes and beauty devices) unless there is a quality issue.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the return shipping costs for quality issues or incorrect shipments.

For personal reasons (such as a different color or model), shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange Timeframe

You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.

You must provide your order number and reason for the exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

The product must be in the same complete, unused condition as the product being returned.

We accept exchanges for the same product in a different color or model, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Shipping Costs

We cover shipping costs for exchanges due to product quality issues.

For exchanges due to personal reasons (such as changing the color or model), the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used or cleaned beauty tools (for personal hygiene).

Items damaged, disassembled, or damaged due to improper use.

Items returned without authorization.

4. Refund Policy

After confirming receipt and inspection of the product and meeting return requirements, we will refund the original payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Return and Exchange Process

Contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

After confirmation, customer service will provide a return address and detailed instructions.

Package and return the item securely to avoid shipping damage.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund or exchange.
